Phibsboro Gas offer the annual standard Gas Boiler service for €140.00

We are based in Phibsboro and cover all the Dublin 7 and surrounding area,

We only work on Natural Gas Boilers, We are Registered Gas Installers, Fully Insured, and work to the Irish Standard 813.

Gas appliances should be serviced annually to check there running well, safely & efficiently.

The annual Gas Boiler service includes the following:

Let by & Soundness Test – (checking for gas leaks)
Flue integrity Test – (Check the condition of the flue & If there is any corrosion & carbon monoxide leaks)
Visual Boiler inspection – ( Check for signs of leaks, corrosion, over heating or structural defects)
Burner Gas Pressure – (Checking there is enough volume of gas feeding the Burner on High Fire)
Gas Rating – (Test to check that the correct quantity of gas is been burned)
Boiler Temperature controls – ( Boiler thermostat is at the correct setting )
Condense Trap ( Checking & Cleaning out the condense trap )
Burner & Heat exchanger – (Visual check & Cleaning out)
Boiler Cleaning – (Cleaning all the internal components, fan, Ignition & Ionisation electrodes)
Flue Gas Analysis on completion – (Safety Check & Print out boiler readings)
RGII Conformance Certificate – (Boiler service Certificate)
